Using Safari find in page

Desktop Web browsers, long have you been able to perform a search for a specific word or phrase on only the page you're watching (control-F or command-F in most browsers). Safari, web browser of iOS has not been able to do it-until the introduction of iOS 4.2, IE.

When you search for text on a Web page in Safari, you're using a feature called search page. Works on any device iOS running version 4.2 or higher. Here's how to use it.

Start loading the Web page that interests you.

Next, tap the find toolbar at the top right corner of the Safari window (if Google is the default search engine, the window will read "Google" until you touch it).

Type the text you are trying to find on the page. In the search results list, you will see first search terms proposed by Google. In a grouping below that, though, you will see "on this page." Tap that to find the desired text in the page.

When you do this, will be highlighted in the first instance of the text on the page. Press the previous and next buttons at the bottom of the page to navigate between all instances of the search text. When you are done with search, select the button "Finish".
